You: With the 108″ oak table, what drop height are you specifying for the linear pendant? Ceiling is 10′-6″.
Atelier Team: Per the approved elevation, lowers take 4″ pulls and uppers take knobs — all unlacquered brass. Shipment SHP-2030 reflects this mix.
You: Samples arrived and signed for — the stone board is exactly right. Thank you, closing this out.
The reception desk elevation calls out two different metal notes between the plan set and the finish schedule. Can you confirm the desk face finish and the countertop material before fabrication starts? Field photo of the mock-up attached.
Confirmed. The reception desk face is unlacquered brass with a hand-rubbed satin finish, and the countertop is honed Calacatta. The finish schedule has been corrected to remove the conflicting note. Revised schedule and a control sample photo are attached for your sign-off.
